Shawn Del Gado, CMT
Certified Massage Therapist
Shawn Del Gado is a graduate of National Holistic Institute where she first completed the 800-hour Massage Therapy Program.
Seeing how helpful massage could be in her aerial arts and dance community, she returned to school and completed an additional 450 hours in the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program.
She has worked in massage studios and clinical offices working with patients in both rehabilitative situations and for improving athletic performance.
In addition to clinical hands-on therapy, she also instructs self-myofascial release classes where her students learn about the benefits of bodywork for their goals while demonstrating techniques used and tips to facilitate a positive change.
Her passion for helping people reach their goals and desire to keep learning motivates her to grow her knowledge through continuing education in bodywork modalities and applied neurology for movement and performance.
